About

Hi, I’m Andrzej. I’m a software engineer based in Warsaw, Poland. I’ve been building software for over 15 years, working with companies across Europe and the US.

I’ve been fascinated by those weird boxes moving bits since I was little. As a 14-year-old kid, I built a Snake-like game in Pascal. Ever since, computers have been a big part of my life.

Recently, at Packhelp, I led the company’s infrastructure and reliability efforts. Before that, I was a full-stack engineer, designing and building systems and apps. I also started a software agency and ran small teams.

I love designing efficient systems. They should enable teams to spend their energy creating the most ambitious thing they can, instead of wasting time on process.

Software is a commodity. Great products are not. The quality of our software contributes to the quality of our lives. I want a future where people live fuller, more abundant lives, granted by technology.

I start most of my mornings, in the lovely city of Warsaw, with a cup of good V60 filter coffee in my hand.

When I’m not at my desk, you can find me climbing at WEST Bouldering, taking the occasional photo, reading (a few books I like), or trying to experience new things.

Reach out at [email protected] . Let’s talk about work, products, or simply chat over coffee or boulders!
